I am so, so sorry! The factory produced more than 20,000 copies of the game, and they did random spot inspections every 15 minutes. However, these are assembled by hand (in Battle Creek, MI) and occasional problems do get through. I've heard of a few missing or duplicate parts, plus a couple damaged in shipping.
