No problem!
1) Go to kickstarter.com
2) Log out
3) Log in with the account you used to back Robot Turtles
4) Go to http://www.kickstarter.com/projects/danshapiro/robot-turtles-the-board-game-for-little-programmer/
5) Look for the giant banner across the top of your page. It will look like this. Except it won't say anything about Werewolf.
6) Click "Respond now" and fill out the survey.
